"Adziil" means “the quality of having strength” in the Diné language.

Tired of her mundane work routine, a vibrant Diné dancer takes herself on a fun-filled thrill-ride and rediscovers her joy and passion for life.

VIDEO DESCRIPTION
The title “Adziil” flashes across the screen in bright pink front as three dancers begin to perform.  The lead dancer, a young curvy Navajo woman, dressed in bright colored clothing dances through an office building.  Her co-workers join in as they dance in formations, elevators, and staircases. ABOUT THE FILM
This is the second film in the Azhish dance film series. It features well-known Native TikTok star, Nicole Sam, who made a splash on the platform, expressing her love of dance while also encouraging positivity and inclusion in the dance community.  We are excited to showcase this rising talent!
