"Adziil" means “the quality of having strength” in the Diné language.
Tired of her mundane work routine, a vibrant Diné dancer takes herself on a fun-filled thrill-ride and rediscovers her joy and passion for life.
VIDEO DESCRIPTION
The title “Adziil” flashes across the screen in bright pink front as three dancers begin to perform. The lead dancer, a young curvy Navajo woman, dressed in bright colored clothing dances through an office building. Her co-workers join in as they dance in formations, elevators, and staircases. The lead dancer stares at the camera with a bright smile as fingers create a flower-like shape around her head. The screen cuts to black with pink letters that list the film’s website, www.tsenato.com/adl.
